Our Approach

Strong Roots Occupational Therapy provides compassionate and culturally-focused prenatal and postpartum occupational therapy services that support maternal well being, infant development, and the early parent-child relationship through education, therapeutic care and community connections.

What We Offer

We offer a wide range of in-home and class-based occupational therapy services, including prenatal/postnatal care, infant feeding, and infant development, Mommy & Me classes.

We offer private pay/cash services, and accept HSA/FSA.

The prenatal support is offered for mothers in regards to postpartum planning, support for mind and body and assisting with home/nursery set up.

Postpartum Support

Postpartum support is offered for mothers in regards to role changes, routines and body ergonomics before and after baby’s arrival. Infant development education and preparation to return to work support is also offered.

Perinatal mood and anxiety disorder management, mama self-care and sensory overwhelm.

Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and introduction to solids support (coming soon!)

Teletherapy Support

We offer teletherapy services for those who prefer to receive therapy from the comfort of their own home in New Jersey.

About the OT

Paula Bradley sits for a headshot with dark, curly hair and a big smile and a teal scrubs shirt on. She is a maternal health and infant occupational therapist who owns Strong Roots Occupational Therapy in south NJ & Philadelphia

Paula is a bilingual (Spanish/English), registered & licensed maternal and pediatric occupational therapist.

She has been an Occupational Therapist for over 10 years in a variety of settings such as inpatient adult rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient pediatrics and school based settings. She is a wife and mother of 3 amazing children. She is passionate in providing education and support to mothers and their little ones as they navigate through the season of motherhood.
